1)  Improve the stomach functions to digest food better

Press and massage the Tian-shu points and the Zhong-wan point for 3 minutes each between half an hour and one hour after dinner every day. Also massage the lower abdomen (clock wise) for 3 minutes.
The Tian-shu points are on the same level with the belly button and 2 Cuns from it vertically. They are the terminals where nutrition and waste are separated and turn to different ways
The Zhong-wan point is on the centerline of the front body, 4 Cuns above the belly button.
This is also very good for healing chronic stomach problems.

2) Increase the metabolism rate, charge the body with more energy

A simple abdomen breath can do that: Stand and relax your abdomen. Then inhale deeply with the nose to bring the lower abdomen up; stop for a few seconds, and then exhale through the mouth slowly (or quickly) and completely. Do this exercise for 5 to 10 minutes whenever you need energy instead of eating junk food. Do not do the abdomen breathing immediately after meals.
Abdomen breath is a form of deep breath which brings more oxygen into our body which is essential for cell metabolism.

3) Do not over eat and stop eating unhealthy food

Unhealthy food blocks the energy pathways in our body, the less the energy we have, the more fat is accumulated.
